I've been around cameras and darkrooms for most of my 70 years. I started taking pictures of race cars at the ripe old age of fifteen, but like many took a leave of absence for a few years. Since my return twenty or so years ago, my concentration has been sprint cars. I have been known and recognized at the race track as " The guy with the hat" That black fedora keeps the dust out of my eyes and off my bald head, and has been doing a great job of it for most of the time I have spent at the track.
Check back now and then for new content as restoration of negatives and photos is a never ending labor of love.
2016 added a new dimension and a total change of equipment and due to the fact that I can only do one thing at a time, thank you to Barry Skelly for contributing pics of me "in action" I'm still attempting to find the time to take in some nostalgia drags, old Super Stock shows, standing car shows or whatever else may tweak my interest. I still have a ton of older race pics to scan and post - time is all I need
